LIGA
LIGA(Lithographie, Galvanoformung, Abformung) is the manufacturing process of fine structures with high aspect ratio.
In order to transcript fine pattern of a mold made by LIGA process, we have developped a new method of metal injection molding applying plastic substrate.
The method is illustrated below.
